Internet Sales Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- All prices quoted on the MotionTouch site are in £ sterling, $ USD or € Euros. We reserve the right to change any advertised price prior to you placing an order. Prices will be confirmed upon receipt of your order.
- All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. If your ordered product/service is not available you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
- Here you can find the delivery costs for most of Mainland, Europe and addresses. Delivery will normally be made within 5 working days; a signature will be required. You will be advised, by e-mail, of any delay or if the item is no longer available. For overseas deliveries you will be advised by email of additional delivery charges to our standard charge.
- Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, postal cheque or by telephone to +44 1483 27592. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from MotionTouch.
- If your product is lost or damaged in shipping please contact us by e-mail. In the case of non-delivery please wait for 10 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damage please retain the product and contact us by e-mail or phone +44 1483 27592 within 10 days of receipt.
- A full refund or exchange of equal value is guaranteed for customers returning a product with a proven technical fault within 28 days of purchase or delivery. All products must be returned with all components (instruction booklet, remote control, etc.).
- In the case of orders from outside of the UK we may from time to time be unable to deliver to some areas in the world. We are unable to advise of these restrictions on this site and reserve the right to refund customers full purchase price at our discretion.
- Order Cancellation. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel an order unless stock is unavailable.
- Delivery. Delivery times are normally between 5 and 21 days but obviously subject to stock availability. We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as possible. All deliveries are notified to you in advance so you will know the day the goods arrive. Deliveries booked at exact times are not possible.
- PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEED
If your product should develop a fault within 28 days of purchase we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money. (Your product should still be in new condition and with the original packaging, accessories and receipt.) Faulty software cannot be exchanged for a different title. - PRODUCT GUARANTEEAll products are guaranteed. Hardware products over £30 carry a 1 year guarantee. Hardware products under £30 carry a minimum guarantee of 4 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Where a manufacturer's guarantee is offered with any product or individual component, it is additional to this guarantee. During the period of guarantee, subject to the conditions above, products will be repaired free of charge for both parts and labour.
