Electronic Signatures

Signed documents are stored and secured electronically. Customers, the hosting business and transactions will gain the benefits associated with automated documentation:

Document Security

If the document is altered in any way after 'hashing' (mathematical algorithm that generates a unique value representing the document content) the signature to the document content, the signature will become invalid. An invalid signature displays and prints with a red cross through it. The solution invested in will determine the level of document security (e.g. signature analysis, verification and copies of the amended document).
