Quality Control Plan

Using MotionTouch to prepare the quality control plan for your offshore production ensures:

  • Production quality is the same as approval sample by DUPRO and FRI.
  • Managing the communication and information flow from English to Chinese and visa versa
  • Preventive action and corrective action are taken.
  • NCR ( Non-Conformity Report ) is issued and recorded if there is any faulty or discrepancy.
  • Follow up implementation

The quality control plan is essential in defining the requirement for the production run. At this stage MotionTouch work with customers to define and agree the quality required and the measurements for it. Internally our staff work to take this western requirement and translate and relay to China through our Chinese staff. The quality control plan will evolve during the production cycle and often this will require several rounds of communication and revision. We prepare our quality control plan to the ANSI / ASQC Z1.4-1993 standard (or equivalent subject to production application and customer requirement) and using single sampling plans. The actually sampling rates are determined as a part of the process.
