Enclosure Design for Electronics Products
Our mechanical design team is experienced in designing and manufacturing electronic product enclosures. Typically electronic products have the following design requirements in common:

- Heat dissipation
We have designed electronics products for companies including Toshiba and HP. We pride ourselves on the wide range of exciting products to which we have brought a unique image and function.
Electronics Testing
We are experienced in working to and obtaining CE and FCC certification for products. We work with test houses in the UK, USA and China.
Typically we work with our customers to define the exact usage and test requirements. Our engineers will attend the laboratories during the testing process and work with the test engineers to overcome any issues if they arise.
Digital Sensing and Control systems for household appliances
We design devices for the measurement and control of household machines and electronic devices. Benefits that may arise in this area are:

Encrypted Communications and Peripherals
It is possible to employ high level encryption systems on single chips. These can be included with existing communications devices on handhelds or other equipment. It is now possible to add considerable extra functionality to these devices via the Bluetooth protocol. Typical functionality might be:

- Readers for RFID, Barcode, Chip and Pin and magnetic cards
- Detectors for gases, radiation, light frequencies and chemicals
- Additions of AV capture for audio and video formats

Multimedia Devices: Camera and Audio
It is now possible to develop high definition video and camera devices for use in almost any situation imaginable. The miniature components available mean that they can be worn or mounted in very small package sizes. The video and sound data can be recorded to hard drives or flash cards or encrypted and transmitted immediately.
Other electronics devices can be combined with these multimedia packages. For example the addition of GPS or signature capture has very significant uses for law enforcement agencies who are collecting evidence.
Medical Devices: Measurement, Electrical Stimulation
We work with doctors and medical device companies to develop technology to enhancement measurement and treatment using electronic devices. Increasingly senior doctors are developing there own technology solutions to issues they face in diagnosing and treating patients. Data Loggers for use with Analogue systems and Machinery
We design systems for the automation and management of existing non-digital machinery and equipment. Measurement of output and performance can be combined with increased control and remote monitoring to increase the lifetime and return on original investment.
Rugged Electronics, Handheld Communications and Measurement
Mobile field workers are now able to undertake nearly all of their activities electronically. This saves time and money with information collected being instantly available on corporate networks. Typical users for the rugged handheld devices of this type are:

Automotive Devices
We are experienced in designing electronic systems for use inside a vehicle, either to add extra functionality to the vehicle or to add data logging and control solutions into vehicles. Often these systems are combined with communications devices for transmitting data to a central server or control system. Communications interfaces range from USB or Bluetooth to integrated GPRS. This can be for a variety of reasons
