Audit
Our audit process is led by our multi-lingual quality and audit team.
Experience has shown us that only by using native staff to manage the factory audit process can we ensure that it is successful and the correct information is obtained. Hence we have locally based staff managing this process with the factories.
Commercial agreement with the factory
It is essential that this process is carried out by native staff. To reach a commercial agreement for a production run three main criteria must be met and agreed - price, quality (specification, testing, procedure and certification required) and timescales.
A detailed product specification must be discussed and agreed, there must be an outline quality plan and key personnel on both sides must be identified. The agreement must be tightly specified and the implications of local cultural, legal and business conditions completely understood.
The MotionTouch team is experienced at negotiating the best outcomes in these crucial scenarios.
