Step 1: A member of our client service team will deal with your initial enquiry and through talking to you, will gather all the necessary information about your project.

Step 2: Your project will be assigned an engineer, who will carry out a review of your designs and ask additional questions. As part of the quoting process, the engineer may make suggestions on the best method of manufacture, cost efficiency and potential improvements to the product.

The project is then handed to the Production team, who will liaise with our partner factories to prepare the quote.

Step 3: The client service person will then discuss the quote with the engineer and production team before forwarding it to you. The client service team are always available to answer questions you may have. As the project goes live, the Project Manager joins the team to ensure day to day smooth running and effective communication between the client service, design and production teams and the client.
